Lavitol-W
Lavitol-W is a mixture of flavonoids [Lavitol(Dihydroquercetin) and polysaccharide – Lavitol-arabinogalactan, extracted from Dahurian larch].
Ingredients:
- Lavitol(Dihydroquercetin) – not less than 9%
- Lavitol-arabinogalactan – not less than 75%
The ratio of dihydroquercetin and arabinogalactan is 1:3 or 1:5 respectively.
Phisico-chemical characteristics
- Appearance: fine powder
- Color: white, light gray or pale cream
- Moisture: not more than 10%
- Solubility: soluble in water, in alcohol mediums, various solvents and in some oils

Lavitol-M
Lavitol-M is antioxidant premix, containing Lavitol(Dihydroquercetin) in lecithin oil and other supporting compounds.
Ingredients:
Soy lecithin (liquid form), medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil), triglycerides of Caprylic/capric fatty acids, Lavitol (Dihydroquercetin), ascorbyl palmitate.
Physico-chemical characteristics
- Outward appearance: transparent yellow-brown liquid
- Solubility: soluble in fats and oils, weakly soluble in water, partially soluble in ethanol
Fields of application:
Antioxidant premix Lavitol-M has antioxidant, fortifying, anticancerogenic effect and could be used in therapeutic and preventive nutrition as well as in production of bioactive dietary additives to food. The use of Lavitol-M in food industry is caused by its ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation , maintaining the initial organoleptic characteristics for a longer period of time.
