“Pepsico” Co., Ltd. manufactures mineral water “Aqua Mineral Beauty” that contains Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin), which, according to the manufacturer, promotes smoothness and elasticity of the skin by strengthening the capillaries.

The OOO “Advice” (Amur region) has introduced drinking water “Velikokniyazheskaya” containing Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin).

Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin) could be also used in the production of kvass. Preliminary research indicates that Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin) helps increase the shelf life of kvass in 2.5 time since dihydroquercetin is capable of suppressing yeast reproduction. The dose is approximately 0.02 g/dm³. It is interesting to note that, in experimental settings, Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin) has shown two times higher antioxidant activity than ascorbic acid, which is a commonly used in kvass antioxidant.
